MNML Med Spa SMS Terms

Effective November 4, 2026

1. Programs. MNML Med Spa (2360 Campbell Creek Medspa PLLC) texts from (469) 247-0818: (a) service texts about your requests, scheduling and appointments; (b) marketing texts about offers and events.

2. How you join. Marketing texts go only to people who check our separate, unchecked marketing box and reply YES to confirm, or who check the marketing box in our online booking system. Texting us gets you a reply to your message, not marketing.

3. Not required. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Frequency. Marketing: up to 4 messages per month. Service texts vary.

5. Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Opting out. Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE, or tell us any reasonable way (call, email or in person). We honor opt-outs promptly and within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing stops all marketing texts. We'll send one confirmation text with no marketing.

8. Timing and content. We send marketing and automated texts only between 10 AM and 7 PM Central Time. We don't include health details in texts.

9. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

11. Age. You must be 18 or older.

12. Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
